The Lead Life Institute is comprised of a group of multidisciplinary faculty members from the fields of business, organizational development, psychology, education and wellness in order to provide you with full-spectrum subject matter expertise.

Managing Executive Dr. Mary Lou Décosterd heads The Lead Life Institute and works with Lead Life’s faculty to create and deliver programs, products, and services tailored to clients’ specific needs. 

Lead Life’s faculty members include executives, consultants, educators and practitioners.
